Jc Net Meter is a free monitoring utility that offers you all the data possible on the speed of your Internet transfers, both for up- and downloads.

The program options, both for configuration and functionality, are huge. You can modify the look as you like (shapes, colours, etc) and adjust the program to the type of connection you have at home. Jc Net Meter registers all types of statistics on your transfers and generates complete reports daily, weekly, monthly and yearly, makes forecasts, and lets you control all aspects relating to the speed of your Internet connection.
